AiNote is designed to store your notes locally on your device. Depending on the features you use, the app may request access to the following:

Camera access: Only when you capture photos or record videos for your notes. Media stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Microphone access: Only when you record audio notes. Recordings remain stored locally on your device.
Storage access: To save and manage notes, media attachments, and related data.

We do not automatically collect, store, or transmit personal data to external servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To let you create, edit, and manage notes.
To attach photos, audio, or videos to notes using your device’s camera and microphone.
Optionally, to process your notes locally (e.g., organization or reminders) without sending data to external servers.

Your media files and notes are accessible only within the app and remain under your control.

3. Data Storage and Security

All information (notes, audio, photos, and videos) is stored securely on your device. We do not operate cloud servers or external databases for AiNote. If you uninstall AiNote, all data stored by the app will be removed from your device.

4. Third‑Party Services

AiNote does not share your data with third parties or analytics platforms. If future versions introduce optional cloud backup or AI features, they will be off by default and require your explicit consent.

5. Children’s Privacy

AiNote is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years old.

6. Your Rights

You can delete any note, photo, or recording at any time within the app.
Uninstalling the app removes all AiNote data from your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available at this page or within the app.
